Report a bug

If something in Fourplex isn't working the way you expect, you can tell us without leaving the page. Reports go straight to the Fourplex team.

How to report a bug

1. Click the bug button in the bottom-right corner of the screen. Neo, the AI assistant, sits just above it.
2. Check your name and email. They are filled in for you.
3. Describe what happened and what you expected to happen.
4. Click Send report.

Common questions

Will I hear back?

We may email you at the address on the form if we need more details.

Does the report include a screenshot?

Only if you add one. Select Add a screenshot in the form to capture the page. Before you send it, you can crop it or black out anything private, such as names or account numbers.

I don't see the bug button.

It appears on the board dashboard and in the member portal once you are signed in. It is not shown on the login page.
