These Terms of Service govern your use of Fourplex. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Fourplex provides HOA management software for small, self-managed communities. We offer a shared inbox, compliance calendar, document storage, meeting coordination, member directory, records request tracking, and additional features as they become available.

Subscription and Billing

Fourplex is billed monthly:

• Community: $20/month for communities with up to 25 units
• Custom: For communities with 25 or more units, contact us for pricing

Billing is charged to the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Your Data

Your HOA's data is yours. We don't claim ownership of the data you enter into Fourplex. You can export your data at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fourplex to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Store or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

Liability Limitation

Fourplex is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify users by email before material changes take effect.
