- When will Fourplex launch?
- We're currently in private beta. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you as soon as Fourplex is available for your community.
- What does joining the waitlist mean?
- You'll be among the first to get access when we launch. We'll send you one email when it's your turn — no spam, no newsletters unless you opt in.
- Is there a contract or commitment?
- No contracts, no commitments. Fourplex will be month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
- What counts as a unit?
- A unit is any individually owned or rented home, condo, or townhome within your HOA. Common areas and shared spaces don't count.
- What if my HOA has more than 25 units?
- Use our Contact Us form and tell us about your community. We'll work with you to find the right plan for your needs.
- Do you offer annual billing?
