Frequently asked questions
- Does this replace a vote or legal notice?
- No. Member approval rules, notice periods, and assessment authority vary by your governing documents and state law. Use this worksheet for planning and communication only — not as legal advice.
- Why is the last installment slightly different?
- Installments are split in whole cents per unit. When the per-unit total does not divide evenly, the final installment absorbs the rounding remainder so the schedule still adds up.
- Can I split by ownership percentage?
- Not yet. This version assumes every unit pays the same amount. Percent-of-ownership or square-footage splits are on our roadmap for a future update.
- Do you store my project name or dollar amounts?
- No. Calculations run entirely in your browser. We do not save your inputs on Fourplex servers.
